Tony bozan ( One great man will change your life)

Five years ago(since 2002) I started to read to this magnificent writer,when first read his book titled (Use Your Head) I felt a like a thirsty man need more water and more information...i never stop reading the book and continue to the end.This book contain simple technique to more using your brain power like you never think about it.
Then I started to search about his books and specially what he wrote about the memory,and the results was amazing ..!!! I found two great books one of them titled (Use Your memory) and the other was (Master Your Memory) and you will not believe how much happy I became...!!!
I was looking for books to strengths my memory for the last ten years ,then I found this treasure from the man who considered (the Master of Memory),he is really intelligent,talented and have a very powerful iron memory..and believe me this is not my opinion only this guy is famous enough and they call him Mr Brain in one famous organisation call (Ypo)....in the same time he is the president of (Brain Foundation) and the founder of (Brain Trust Charity) and (Use your Brain Club).
Tony Bozan was born in 1942 and graduated from The British Colombia University in 1964 , achieving double hours in psychology ,English,Mathematics and the General Science.In the late 1960s he worked for Daily Telegraph in Fleet street (London) and continue as editor for the international journal MENSA.

Supporting creativity..invest in your employees!!!

Once in a while time..Mr.Ford the famous founder of ford company ask an expert to watch his employees behavior and to give a feed back about the performance of each of them...
The expert went to do his job and then came back after one month,said to Ford : Sir every thing is OK unless one employee ...!!He is acting strange...you believe that I saw him many times sitting on his chair and putting his feet on his office disk..!!I think you have to take action about him... Mr.Ford get angry and ask him about the name of that employee....
What happen next was amazing because when Ford heard the name of that employee..he smiled and came down...said to the expert: You know last year that employee came with a great idea to the company make us achieve 10,000 dollars as profit,he did all that when his feet were in the same place(up of his disk.)...!!!
Creative employees always are the best investment for their companies.
The best managers usually get out the best skills of their employees..

Many people things that to establish company you need to

have a lot of money, to buy office,furniture and instruments...

believe me that is a big lie!!!

Most of the famous millionaires started there companies in the Garage!!!

Let me give you names:

Henry ford ....started in L.A his uncle garage

Walt Disney... started in house No 58 in Detroit his Friend garage.

Hewlett Packard ...the tow guys started in 1938 in house No237 in Edison avenue (Paolo Alto) now the location known as (The house of Silicon Vally).

Apple Mackintosh was establish by Steve Jopes & Steven Weziniac in Steve Jopes garage ,recently in1975.

Do You still not believe me..?!!! OK.. take this news ,I'm writing this page at Blogger.com which follow the Google search engine which is now the No1 search engine in the world!!! I knew that you know that....but you have to believe that also the owners of Google the two students Larry Page & Sergei Brain they also started their own company in a garage!!!

Now...I assumed that you are surprised or may be shocked!!!

Very recently in September 1997 Larry & Sergei hired the backyard of a house in California,they get that garage only for 1700 $...they reserved a domain with the name Google.com and started their work from nothing also they were still students in Stanford University ..!!what a story WOW!!! I think now Google profits from their advertisements nearly 2.7 billion dollars.Very awesome

CE when it was starting?!!

4 x1 = 48 !!

I think many people they do'nt know this fact, but in fact the starting of( contenuous education) ideas was in General Electric company,in which it was called before (Adison Electric) releated to the great geneous founder Thomas Alpha Adison.

In the end of 1968 one of the managers in General Electric

((http://www.geappliances.com/ )) decided to take the openions of

his employees to share in the decission making of the manager

office;so he ask every one want to share his openion to give a

presentation about his suggestions and ideas.

From that time the idea of CE spread like the fire;and raeched every where even a places you couldn't bleave it will reach!!! I was visiting a hospital last year and I found out that there is a CE division in Nursing,Laboratory and pharmacy department.

I have a freind their and he is a lab technologist, he said once a time :that the coordinater of the CE division in Lab department orginizing a weekely CE presentaion done by one of the tech...

that mean 4 CE by the month and 48 CE by the year.WOW>>.....

That is 4 x1 = 48!!! isn't it?!!

The module of learning

How do we learn..?!!

Since I was small, I was asking my self why my fther driving the car but I can't drive..?!! and later on when I become elder I recognised that there is a rule for learning ...and evry body know that module learning...so I'll try to explain that to you today...

1- In stage one (you don't know that you don't know)

2- In stage tow (you know that you don't know)

3- In stage three (you know that you know)

4- In stage four (you don't know that you know)

I know it's still dificult to you to understand...so I'll give you

an easy example....in my case when I was a boy I didn't knew that driving a car need (car lisense)(stage one)...next step I knew that I need a car lisense (stage two) .ThenI learnd how to drive the car and get my lisense (third stage) know after 12 years of getting my lisense I'm driving and looking here and there beside hearin the radio in the same time whic mean I have the skill in my subconcous mind to drive subconcously (fourth stage)....

when I first explain that to my wife she said :get lost man..!!!!

I hope that know you know what you never know before...thanks and get lost....

There is always better way
