Supporting creativity..invest in your employees!!!

Once in a while time..Mr.Ford the famous founder of ford company ask an expert to watch his employees behavior and to give a feed back about the performance of each of them...
The expert went to do his job and then came back after one month,said to Ford : Sir every thing is OK unless one employee ...!!He is acting strange...you believe that I saw him many times sitting on his chair and putting his feet on his office disk..!!I think you have to take action about him... Mr.Ford get angry and ask him about the name of that employee....
What happen next was amazing because when Ford heard the name of that employee..he smiled and came down...said to the expert: You know last year that employee came with a great idea to the company make us achieve 10,000 dollars as profit,he did all that when his feet were in the same place(up of his disk.)...!!!
Creative employees always are the best investment for their companies.
