CE when it was starting?!!

4 x1 = 48 !!

I think many people they do'nt know this fact, but in fact the starting of( contenuous education) ideas was in General Electric company,in which it was called before (Adison Electric) releated to the great geneous founder Thomas Alpha Adison.

In the end of 1968 one of the managers in General Electric

his employees to share in the decission making of the manager

office;so he ask every one want to share his openion to give a

presentation about his suggestions and ideas.

From that time the idea of CE spread like the fire;and raeched every where even a places you couldn't bleave it will reach!!! I was visiting a hospital last year and I found out that there is a CE division in Nursing,Laboratory and pharmacy department.

I have a freind their and he is a lab technologist, he said once a time :that the coordinater of the CE division in Lab department orginizing a weekely CE presentaion done by one of the tech...

that mean 4 CE by the month and 48 CE by the year.WOW>>.....

That is 4 x1 = 48!!! isn't it?!!

The module of learning

How do we learn..?!!

Since I was small, I was asking my self why my fther driving the car but I can't drive..?!! and later on when I become elder I recognised that there is a rule for learning ...and evry body know that module learning...so I'll try to explain that to you today...

1- In stage one (you don't know that you don't know)

2- In stage tow (you know that you don't know)

3- In stage three (you know that you know)

4- In stage four (you don't know that you know)

I know it's still dificult to you to understand...so I'll give you

an easy example....in my case when I was a boy I didn't knew that driving a car need (car lisense)(stage one)...next step I knew that I need a car lisense (stage two) .ThenI learnd how to drive the car and get my lisense (third stage) know after 12 years of getting my lisense I'm driving and looking here and there beside hearin the radio in the same time whic mean I have the skill in my subconcous mind to drive subconcously (fourth stage)....

when I first explain that to my wife she said :get lost man..!!!!
